Hi! I'm back here to comment with you the first episode of the 3rd Season of Gossip Girl,my favourite Tv Shows.

Let's begin with my favourite couple ever: Chuck Bass & Blair Waldorf: Yes,because finally they're in a relationships. And this can make happy millions of fan that were waiting this moment since too much.

As Blair said they spent a great honeymoon-period but now they're afraid maybe to be boring but definetly they can't,they found some funny tricks to make more interesting and spicy their relationship because if they don't they couldn't be Chuck and Blair.

C has totally changed for my opinion,he's always the Bass-tard of the situation with that look but he's so sweet with Blair,I would to find a boyfriend like him. Of course we've always loved Chuck with that role (bastard,villian) in Gossip Girl but he's the demonstration that that type of person can be also sweet and lovely with the girl who loves and that's amazing and if that person is Chuck Bass,that's way better.

I loved his expression when at the beginning he said "Hei" to Blair,awww..and at the end when he dresses like a waiter and Blair kissed him,it was really funnny and romentic. I totally love them. I can say now that all CBers scenes are woth the whole episode!

And then I can go on with a new strange couple: Serena Van Der Woodsen & Carter Baizen. Mmm I can't say already if I like them or not. I don't know,they're not a real couple for now but we will see. I feel sorry for Serena that is going to find her father and to attract his attention with paparazzi and photos,it should be not a great thing also for her family.

I'm still hoping this season for a storyline about her and Nate it would be awesome!

The other two couples are composed by Nate Archibald and this nw brunette girl,Bree Burkley. And bad luck she's in the family of Van Der Bilt's historical enemies.

I like them,they're a cute couple,Nate is always so sweet with the girl by his side,I hope he's not using her like a excuse to emancipate from his family that is in all the way breaking his future dreams with pre-plans.

I like Nate,maybe not so much in the 2nd season especially with Blair,but with Serena it would be perfect for my opinion,like I said it would be amazing seeing them together!

And last and I guess the least (this time) Vanessa Abrams and Scott. I don't like them I can say it for sure,first because I don't like Vanessa.

Well sometimes she's nice but mosts she's really nasty and I think she can't say like at the Polo Club this is her world (UES),she doesn't belong to this world and she's hating Dan just bcause he can dress with brand smoking or because he takes a limo instead of the metro,if now he can he's free to do these things and who would not? Please,be realistic. Everyone loves money there,especially when you're sorrounded by people that are full of it.

So I support Dan,Rufus and Jenny,also if this last one next year built up a ribellion against Blair and the other girls,because she wanted to be alternative and original and now she's in the same situation of the 1st season,also Jenny loves that world and she has never stopped loving it.

Sorry..about Vanessa and Scott,I don't know they seem cute together but I can't stand her so I don't know what to think.

Scott,he's Rufus and Lily's son,like we discovered with one of the last episoedes of scond season,so we can guess he's just using Vanessa to achieve his real father and mother. We we'll see.

2009 Rythmic Gymnastics Worlds-Miè

From the 10th to the 12th of Sectember have staged the 2009 World Rythimc Gymnastics

World Championships in Miè,Japan.

They have been a great spectacular of class,elegance,power and grace. The first competitions that have carried have been the Apparatus Finals (Ball and Ribbon) both won by Eugenia Kanaeva,Russia.

She's objectively the best rythmic gymnast in the world,she's the reigning olympic and she performed extremily graceful routines with the two apparatus.

I'd prefer to win Anna Bessonova that is my favourite rythmics ever,over the grace and the elegance she has got personality,a personal style and much power; I love her musics and her routines,she fits perfectly music,leotard and personality every time.

However she placed second with Ribbon and third with Ball,after two

appeals by her coach Irinia Deryugina,indeed in the Ball AF,at first Anna was placed by the judges in the best place but after the appeal of Deryugina she downgraded of a place and she ended third behind Aliya Garayeva that placed second.

Instead in the Ribbon AF,Bessonova placed second behind Kanaeva only for a tenth of a point and this seemed like hoak after that happened in the previous final,so Derygina asked an appeal again but this time it was just denyed by the judges and it didn't coast a place for Bessonova.

Always talking about indivudual perfomances there have been the Indivual All Around Final on 11th of September. The world once again in Kanaeva's hands and she won also the All Around Final;the gold medal of Beijing overthrows Anna Bessonova (that was then the reiging world champion) with a total of 113.855.

The silver medal went to a next russian promise Daria Kondakova that ended her competition with 113.250,only six tenths behind her most famous compatriot.

Anna Bessonova unfortunately placed only third with 110.375 even if every time I think she's always underscored and it's a real pity but thank God she can have a consolation with the Elegance Awards offered as prize by Longines and also with all the love of the Sun Arena that cheered her name aloud.

All Around Podium

Usain Bolt closes 2009 Season

Hi everyone! I'm back from my trip to the mountains and now that I'm at home I heard about this pretty sad news about the World and Olympic Champion Usain Bolt.

He decided to cancel his races in China and South Korea later this month because of fatigue,he said on her website.

The triple Olympic and world champion was scheduled to run 100 meters races in Shanghai on Sept. 20 and Daegu on Sept. 25 after competing in a 200 metres at the world athletics final in Thessaloniki, Greece this weekend.

He said in an interview that after the meet in Zurich he sufferd of fatigue and after a discussion with his coach and after some medical advcies,he took the wise decision to close this season without the races scheduled in Asia because he wanted not to risk an injury.

The Chinese fans will be disappointed but he swears to come next year with the new season and the new exploits and we all hope so.

2009 Gymnastics Worlds without Nastia Liukin

Hey! I'm here again to update my Blog with a sad and upsetting news: Nastia Liukin will be not at 2009 World Championships in London.

She's been thinking about this decision for a while since 2009 VISA Championships,because she has always said that if she's not in the best shape and if she can't give her 100% in competitions she doesn't want to take part on them.

And Nastia is not just any,she's the reigning Olympic Champion,she's the best in the World,she can't go out there and considering herself miracle if she enters in a final,she wants to go out there and give her best to win gold medals,this is the best for Nastia:the podium,the medals,the Gold medals.

So in the press conference she had yesterday she said explictly that she hadn't have time to prepare herself for the World Championships that are in a month from now,with the travels and the obligations she always had to suspend her training for a day or two and it's frustrating because you want to continue to training and you're somewhere else,I think you can't continue in this way.

And Nastia took this decision that is the best for her and also for her teammates and for USA Gymnastics,so she can give place on the team to other girls that don't have much experience like she has. She don't want just the experience because she has got much of it with her 9 world medals and 5 Olympic medals,she wants to win and to win you have to be really focused on training and training and training not on travels or apparances.

So I support this Nastia's choice for her withdrawl from 2009 World Championships.

But there's another news from Nastia. She's going to take a break from gymnastics for this year. She said this means not a retirement and has nothing to do with the rest of her career,she wants just take this break to focus on her Nastia Liukin Cup and Nastia Liukin Fund,on gymnastics charity and she wants to take a vacation maybe in an island somewhere.

She's right,she's never had a real vacation and now she totally deserves one,I'm by her side.

When she will come back she wants to start all over,London 2012 and 2010 and 2011 World Championships are always on her mind and gymnastics is part of her soul and no matter how long she will compete it will be forever and always in her heart.

These are some parts of her Press Conference of yesterday:

“Absolutely not even a question,” Liukin told Inside exclusively of her commitment to not only stay in sport, but return to competition. “I’ll be back for sure.”

It’s still unknown when that return will happen—“I’m not setting a date for myself right now,” Liukin said of when she plans to resume training—so, for now, the only certainty is that the Olympic Champ won’t be competing in London this October.

"I know it’s probably a shock to some, but [I’ve been] thinking about this for quite a while now,” Liukin explained today in a media conference call. “Just because of all the obligations I had and the travel I’ve done—time was running out. I knew I didn’t want to go out there and represent Team USA unless I was at my best. The best for me is to be able to compete for a gold medal and, at this point, I’m physically not capable of doing that.”

“Martha was definitely the hardest call I made, probably, in my life,” Liukin shared. “I honestly didn’t even know how to start. I spent about two days tracking down her [phone] number, all the way in Romania, and I talked to Bela first [because] Martha was doing her daily walk when I called. I think [Bela] was worried when we hung up because Martha called me back, like, five minutes later. She started asking how gym was going and I had to say, ‘Well, that’s kind of what I wanted to talk to you about.’ I could tell it was a little hard for her to take … [but] we had a nice long conversation.

“She’s been by my side my whole entire career and has always supported—and continues to support me—in whatever I do,” added Liukin of Karolyi. “She, of course, tried to convince me to give it one more shot, but [my parents and I] made the decision that it would be best, not just for me, but for the rest of the team.”

“It hasn’t been easy,” an emotional Liukin concluded, “but, at the same time, I know this is the right decision for me at this time. I don’t want to go out there and perform if I’m not 100 percent. I’ve set my standards too high. I don’t want to compete just for the experience. I feel that anyone else on the National Team could benefit more than me from that experience.”

“I hope to go on vacation, hopefully to an island, some place tropical,” said Liukin wistfully. “But, just looking at my calendar now, it’s booking like crazy, just in the last few days, which is exciting, but I definitely know I’ll have to plan a vacation in there somewhere, somehow. But I’ve been putting so many things off to train—now that I’ve decided to put that on hold, I’ve got other obligations.”

“I would leave for three or four days and have to come back and start all over,” Liukin said of her slow progress. “That was frustrating. … I was [spread too thin.] I thought I would be able to balance everything out but (trails off)… I gave it all I had, and I gave it my best, but time is just coming too fast and the traveling didn’t stop soon enough, I guess.

“I’ve been training all the way up to this past weekend, full-time,” added Liukin of her exhausting schedule. “I will be taking a little bit of time off and, as soon as I feel ready to come back, I’ll be back in the gym. … I really feel like it is necessary, just because I haven’t really had that much time off since, well, ever. I wasn’t always in the gym, but I was always on the go. Now, I need to regroup and get ready for the next thing.”

“This is by no means a retirement or the end of my career,” she stated emphatically, repeating that fact more than once during her 30-minute chat with the media. “I’m just taking some time off to rest my mind and take that break that I haven’t had since the Olympic Games. In terms of 2012, I definitely want to continue training and keep that in the back of my mind. But I definitely want to take a break right now and focus on some other things.

“This decision has nothing to do with the rest of my career,” Liukin reiterated. “It is based on just this year, just these World Championships. I really want people to understand that. I just didn’t have time to prepare. There are still World Championships in 2010, 2011 and I will try and do that. That is a still a very possible goal to achieve and, of course, with 2012 only three years away, that’s still on my mind.”

“I guess I’m the kind of person who likes to please people,” Liukin concluded a bit sadly, “so I hope I’m not letting too many people down."

Gossip Girl 3rd Season Previews

Hi guys! I just wanted to share with you some previews of the next and 3rd season of Gossip Girl,if you follow it and if you don't,you can start now with the first and second season because it's the best tv-show ever for me.

Well we left with the amazing kiss between Chuck and Blair,two my favourite carachters and with the Serena that went with Carter to search her father in Santorini,Greece.

Dan,Blair and Gerogina are going to attend at NYU,the New York University,Serena is going to Brown and Chuck will not attend college because of his father's inheritance but Gossip Girl is going to follow all of them even if they left High School.

But now? The first episode is named: Reversals of Fortune and we know already something interesting.

At the end of summer Serena is back from her European trip and she's in a complicated realationship with Carten Baizen (the one with she has travelled). Chuck and Blair are finally together and they love each other really much. Nate is back from his holiday with a new brunette girl,Bree Buckely,but we truly don't know who she is.Dan,Jenny,Eric,Lily and Rufus spent an upper class-esclusive holiday at the Hamptons,that's strange but finally they've adjusted the van der Woodsens' glamorous lifestyle faster than any of them expected. Great!

Oh it is not ended. There's a new guest star on Gossip Girl that many of you surely know: Hilary Duff. She's going to play Olivia,a new girl who will have a crush on Dan Humprhey. And..we have already some pictures:

Are you suprised? Me, a little bit when I saw this pictures but I hope we'll not have that tug between Serena and Dan like in the second season so great for Humprhey.

And..an other exciting and upsetting news,Chuck Bass will kiss a boy! WTF?!

Oh yeah,you've heard right, Perez Hilton published a picture of the script and the part of the scene where this strange thing happen.

It's so strange for us who thought that Chuck was like the best playboy ever,I can't really imagine this.

But we will see and I'll update my blog with some new 3rd season spoilers.

Nastia Liukin graphic work

I've just made this little Blend with my Photoshop to celebrate Nastia Liukin's comeback to competition at 2009 VISA Championships.

Nastia competed only one event: the balance beam but after a long period off to the gym she did however an awesome job on that apparatus and she placed 4th.

The Great Comeback-She's the Queen and finally she's back.
