Gossip Girl 3rd Season Previews

Hi guys! I just wanted to share with you some previews of the next and 3rd season of Gossip Girl,if you follow it and if you don't,you can start now with the first and second season because it's the best tv-show ever for me.
Well we left with the amazing kiss between Chuck and Blair, two my favourite carachters and with the Serena that went with Carter to search her father in Santorini,Greece.
Dan,Blair and Gerogina are going to attend at NYU,the New York University,Serena is going to Brown and Chuck will not attend college because of his father's inheritance but Gossip Girl is going to follow all of them even if they left High School.

But now? The first episode is named: Reversals of Fortune and we know already something interesting.
At the end of summer Serena is back from her European trip and she's in a complicated realationship with Carten Baizen (the one with she has travelled). Chuck and Blair are finally together and they love each other really much. Nate is back from his holiday with a new brunette girl,Bree Buckely, but we truly don't know who she is.Dan,Jenny,Eric,Lily and Rufus spent an upper class-esclusive holiday at the Hamptons, that's strange but finally they've adjusted the van der Woodsens' glamorous lifestyle faster than any of them expected. Great!
Oh it is not ended. There's a new guest star on Gossip Girl that many of you surely know: Hilary Duff. She's going to play Olivia,a new girl who will have a crush on Dan Humprhey. And..we have already some pictures:

Are you suprised? Me, a little bit when I saw this pictures but I hope we'll not have that tug between Serena and Dan like in the second season so great for Humprhey.

And..an other exciting and upsetting news,Chuck Bass will kiss a boy! WTF?!
Oh yeah, you've heard right, Perez Hilton published a picture of the script and the part of the scene where this strange thing happen.
It's so strange for us who thought that Chuck was like the best playboy ever,I can't really imagine this.
But we will see and I'll update my blog with some new 3rd season spoilers.
I leave you with this Poster of the Season Premiere on the 14th of September, xoxo.

Nastia Liukin graphic work

I've just made this little Blend with my Photoshop to celebrate Nastia Liukin's comeback to competition at 2009 VISA Championships.
Nastia competed only one event: the balance beam but after a long period off to the gym she did however an awesome job on that apparatus and she placed 4th.
The Great Comeback-She's the Queen and finally she's back.

Usain Bolt, the man of the sport. 2009 Track&Field Worlds

I'm so sad about it but on 23th of August Track & Field World Championships are ended. I can only say just one thing to start: Usain Bolt. Yes,simply because he's the man of the sport now,and he's the best runner in the world.
He did first the 100m Final and he broke his world record with a 9'58" ,it was quite unbelievable for normal people like us to believe that one person like Usain Bolt can run 100m in 9'58"! I was thinking: Oh my Gosh,he's like an alien!
He's a really funny athlete and some people could not understand him with all his funny faces and moves like the Bolt Arms, because someone could think why an athlete that has to be really focused on what he has to do can play with the camera and so on,but I think he totally can do it,he cannot lose,he's too much faster,we'll wait a while to see another like Usain on the track.
On the last day of competition he was also wearing a T-shirt with a written on it: Ich bin ein Berlino. It was mix between the historical quote of Kennedy: Ich bin ein Berliner (I'm a Berlin) and the name of the 2009 Worlds mascot, a big bear called Berlino. I thought it was a really funny thing :) And then the bear in the afternoon was wearing a T-shirt with the written: Ich bin ein Bolt (I'm a Bolt).

This is the photo: Ich bin ein Berlino (that stays for: I'm a mascot in this sport,I'm a legend) And I think:Yes,you're,Usain.
<span class=

And this is the video of his incredible performance on 100m Final:

But the 100m wasn't the only amazing Final Bolt did. There were also the 200m. And again his own World record broken with a 19'19".
How incredible is that? He did an awesome competition there weren't other competitors on the track but only Usain Bolt and his legendary speed.
He has no worries with the other runners,he's the only one,he's too fast for the others.

This is the video of his great 200m competition:

After this World Championships there's a big news because Usain Bolt now wants to train also for the 400m and he wants to break another record also in that distance. AMAZING.
So,good luck,Usain.

Make it or Break it-Season Finale

Have you ever watched Make it or Break it? It's a new Show trasmitted by ABC Family.
It tells about a group of Elite gymnasts training for the 2012 Olympics. I think it's such a great thing that finally a Tv Show tells about this amazing sport! I think also it's a great opportunity to make it more popular.
If you've never watched it and you love gymnastics it's time to do it! There's a marathon of all the episodes on Monday always on ABC Family.
Read the Twit: miobishowremember the MIOBI marathon all day monday before the finale if you need to catch up?
They've trasmitted 9 Episodes and on Monday 24th of August (tomorrow) after the marathon it will be the Season Finale, but don't worry they've already ordered 10 more episodes for january 2010.
So this a Season Finale PROMO if want to watch a preview.

2009 Gymnastics VISA Nationals PROMO

I wanted to show you this amazing PROMO made by iLITTER for Youtube.
It shows the greatest gymnasts in the USA that had a chance to become the U.S National Champion.

2009 Gymnastics U.S Nationals

Bridget Sloan won!
She's the new U.S National Champion. I'm quite happy about this. I don't really know yet if I like Birdget's type of gymnastics but her routines are great!
I don't understand if her gymnastics is more graceful like Nastias or powerful like Shawns/Sams but thats ok,well I'm happy.
On Night 1 she did a great bar routine with a new skill (usually done on male high bar) and she performed a great floor and vault, but she fell off balance beam on her switch-turned leap.
On Night 2 she did an awesome competiton and she nailed every skill on every event, from bars to valut, everthing was perfect.
I've prefered if
Ivana Hong won because now that she's moved to WOGA she improved really a lot and I think it was the best choice she could ever made.
Anyway she finished
2nd,that is very important for her to be selected on the 2009 National Team.
Her type of gymnastics is really clear to understand, graceful, precise and elegant that is the style I like best. She did a great competition,no one mistake on every event, she was very consistent on balance beam (with a similar routine to Nastias) and on floor with a brand new FX. Her vault was not so great on Night but on Night 2 she stuck the landing on her DTY. Her bar routine is still her wickest one but not so bad,it's quite simple with just a release move, but on Night 2 she did a great job and she stuck the landing also on her double layout dismount.
3rd went the new senior WOGA girl Rebecca Bross who was the leader on Night 1 and I expected she won before her two big miastakes on bars and beam.
On Night 1 she did a great competition apart a mistake on her Patterson dismount on beam (one of the most difficult in the world to do). She was first on bars with a great routine, she flew so high on her Jager. The floor was also great but she did a step out of bound anyway she earned a big score.
On Night 2 she did an half disaster-competition because she started with a fall off the unven bars, before she lost her hand after her Jaeger release move and then she slip after her Pak Salto. I was really sorry for her, she's now one of the best gymnast on bars, behind Nastia Liukin who didn't perform them and she was able to win the title (on bars at least) if she had not fallen.
She did also almost the same mistake she did on Night 1 on her beam dismount, and she had to do some big steps to stand.
Despite this she did a great floor and she stuck the landing on vault.
In front of her home crowd perfomed on her second time since she bacame the Olympic Champion, the National/Home hero:
Nastia Liukin.
She did only one event, the balance beam. First she thought to do two events, bars and beam but then she felt that she was not ready to do bars yet and she declined that event.
On her first night she said she was very nervous and she made some wobbles here and there and the routine she performed wasn't at her highest level like at the Olympics. She changed her 'Liukin' signature skill with a simple side-aereal and she did only a two-twists dismount instead of her classical two and a half-twists dismount.
On Night 2 she did better and she wore a new purple leotard that I loved. I think it wasn't her best yet but of course she said there's nothing to hide she's not in her best shape but she's training full time every day and I'm optimistic and I'm sure she will be back as the same Nastia as we knew.
Anyway she ended
4th on beam.
An other note about the fantastic
Sam Peszek. She did only three events because of a shoulder injury, but she said it doesn't hurt unless she did release move on bars. Indeed she didn't do bars. She perfomed an amazing beam routine both Nights with no one wobble. It was a really solid exercise and finshed third on that event. She did also a new great floor routine and a pretty good vault. I think she will be at Worlds as a specialist on FX and BB. She deserves that place on team because unfortunately for the world of gymnastics she won't be anymore an elite gymnast but she will compete for UCLA Bruins.

This is the link of the Results: AA Results Night 1/2 , EF Results Night 1/2

Thats all I wanted to say, thanks for reading and good luck USA girls.
XoXo
